Quick tutorial for free cell phone wallpapers :

1. Step:
From the categories and sub categories (in our example Cars -> Honda ) select a wallpaper you would like to have for your cell phone background and click 'send to cell phone'

Picture 1

2. Step:
Select proper display resolution for your phone
Picture 2

3. Step:
If you like the image click the "send to mobile" button and follow the instructions.
Picture 3

Advanced options:
In the fileds, x1 cut, x2 cut, y1 cut and y2 cut you can cut the original image, so that the final image is not so streched
Picture 4

In our example we will cut 70 pixels form the left side of the picture and 280 pixels from the right side.
The result:
Picture 5

If you compare Picture 3 and Picture 5 you can see that the Picture 5 is not so streched like Picture 3.

The y1 cut and y2 cut works the same way as x1 cut and x2 cut but they cut the image up and down.

4. Step:
The script will generate an image and store it on the server like: wallpaperbase.com/mobile/image123.jpg
First option:
You will have to go with your mobile phone to this url and download the picture. This will cost you something, but very little (NOTE, we do not charge anything for the mobile wallpapers like other sites, some up to 3$ per image). The cost of downloading the picture via the internet from your mobile phone depends on the network operator you use. Be sure to check it out first. Second option: If you can transfer files from PC to cell phone via infrared/bluetooth/data cable, just save the picture to your hard disk and transfer it to your phone.
